Diversified FIRST Realty is a HUD approved Real Estate Brokerage. We are registered with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs. We have access to all HUD homes in Nevada and we can BID on all homes in Nevada on behalf of our Clients.

Not all Real Estate Brokerages are approved with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, meaning they do not have direct access to the houses nor can they bid on the houses.
